The Cassena Ranch Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held on December 1, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in Clay and Laurie Ingram’s pool house behind their home at 145 Axis Trail.
Agenda Items:
- Solicitation of nominees for President, Vice President and Secretary;
- Racing through the neighborhood,
- Late payment of dues,
- Heavy water trucks on our streets along with heavy semi-trucks turning around,
- Any known update on Ironwood Subdivision, and
- ACC update and summary.
