Deadline – Respond to Survey on Fence Special Assessment

The board received a last minute bid to replace the fence as they were preparing to send out annual dues + special assessment statements. They are seeking input and will take the property owners’ responses under consideration when they set the final special assessment amount for the fence. Please take a few moments to complete the short survey – it will take less than 5 minutes and can be done on your phone.
